Complimentary delegate places
You receive five delegate places at Probiota (including one for your speaker). Each delegate booked receives entry into the three-day programme including the networking events. Your discount code to book these places is in your welcome email. This code is exclusive to your partnership package and can only be used five times. It will ensure you are not charged for the delegate place, if you do not enter the code then the booking process will presume you are to be charged. Please note discounts cannot be added once a registration has completed. You can book your delegates places here.
30% Delegate discount
As a diamond partner, you receive a 30% discount on additional delegate places, whether they be for your staff, clients or contacts. To receive the 30% discount, they will need to use the promotional code at the time of booking. This promotional code was sent to you in your welcome email. Please note discounts cannot not be added after a booking has been made. This code is exclusive to your partnership package. If the code is not entered then the delegate place will be charged at full price.

You are free to promote that you have a Probiota delegate discount code on social media and can use this to drive traffic back to you by asking readers to contact you for the code but we ask that you do not post the actual promotional code on social media.
Delegate communication & badge
Each delegate will receive a detailed email 5 working days prior to the event. During onsite registration, they will receive a delegate bag containing their badge, a printed onsite programme and any items provided by our partners.
