Dr. Nicholas Pirolli is Co-Founder and Chief Scientific Officer of BEVbiotics, Inc., developing and commercializing bacterial extracellular vesicles (BEVs) from probiotics—nanoscale particles naturally released by bacteria that carry bioactive molecules—for dietary ingredients, supplements, and therapeutics. He holds a Ph.D. in bioengineering from the University of Maryland, has authored 15 scientific papers on extracellular vesicles (six as first author), and has two patent applications pending. Previously, he spent a decade managing Phase 1–3 clinical trials in oncology and neurology.
