Sophie is a well-recognised consultant dietitian, founder of CityDietitians and is the Chair for the British Dietetic Association for London. She has expertise in gastrointestinal and colorectal health, and has worked in acute hospitals before moving into academia, where she worked as a lecturer at King’s College London. Sophie led the clinical team in the flagship Channel 4 gut health show Know Your Sh*t and she works as a consultant in product development, formulating vitamin and probiotic products.
