Martin is a Materials Scientist and Mechanical Engineer by training and has been working in the food sector for over 15 years. Focusing on the dairy and functional ingredient space, Martin works with large Dairy, Infant Nutrition and Prepared Consumer Food clients - working on in-company and collaborative R&D, company expansions, productivity and sustainability targets for 2030.
