Justin is responsible for the ongoing efficacy research of Cargill nutritional ingredients and the development of potential new ingredients, as well as technical training and other scientific communication activities. He has worked with EpiCor over 10 years and has over 20 years of experience specific to the field of dietary supplements. Justin received his PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biophysics at Columbia University, New York City.
