The last ten years involved research and consulting, providing early warning on trends via pattern spotting in data, then aiding in strategy rebuilds reacting to disruptions. Before defecting to research, Nick spent 18 years client-side in companies like Samsung, Electrolux Group, Dixons Retail, JCB and IBM, building and fixing value creation chains in both product and innovation roles.
