Amélie manages a team of scientists in charge of the demonstration of the safety and efficacy as well as the formulation properties of Gnosis ingredients. For more than 10 years she lead clinical study programs in women and digestive health and worked especially on the proprietary yeast probiotic Saccharomyces cerevisiae I-3856. Before joining Lesaffre, Amélie worked at the Institut Pasteur as a clinical study manager, designing, and implementing clinical studies.
