Guy joined Holland & Barrett in 2022, to lead its health and beauty categories, including VHMS. He has spent 30 years working in FMCG, retail and ecommerce mainly focusing on beauty, health and wellness. Having started as a brand trainee at Procter & Gamble, he moved to L’Oreal where he spent half his career as UK Marketing Director, before taking on Managing Director roles within the company’s subsidiaries in Europe. Guy then moved to Boots as Trading Director for Beauty where he led the No7 business.
