Karen holds an BSc. Hon. degree in Biotechnology from Rhodes University (South Africa). She started working in the Flavour & Fragrance industry before spending most of her career in Scientific Regulatory Affairs for the Non-alcoholic Beverage industry. Karen joined DuPont Nutrition and Biosciences in 2015, where her current role includes regulatory affairs for probiotics in the EMEA region
