Rosanna’s primary focus is dedicated to addressing Europe’s probiotic issues and establishing a better environment for the European probiotic industry, while providing legal support and guidance to the stakeholders. She actively contributes to various influential bodies, serving as a member of the advisory Group of the European Commission, DG SANTE; she actively engages in the EFSA consultation process, and she is involved in IPA Biotics activities of monitoring the regulatory landscape and for the Codex Alimentarius. Before joining IPA Europe, Rosanna worked from 1999 to 2016 in the Dairy sector as the Head of the Brussels Office for Assolatte, representing the Italian dairy industry.
