As well as being the Global Editor-in-Chief of NutraIngredients, leading coverage of the global nutrition and supplements industries, Stephen is the editorial consultant and chair of Probiota, Probiota Americas, the Sports and Active Nutrition Summit USA, and leads the NutraIngredients-USA Awards programme. With a PhD in chemistry from Queen’s University Belfast, he transitioned from post-doctoral research to journalism in 2005. His award-winning work has been recognised by AHPA and ASBPE. Stephen frequently presents at global conferences on probiotics, botanicals, and natural health products.
