With an International PhD in Chemistry, Cristiana entered the nutraceutical industry as Sales Manager, focusing on biotechnology as BDM, thanks to her scientific background, customer orientation and market vision. She spent several years as Market Manager, responsible for long-term strategies, contributing to the growth of the probiotics business. In 2022, due to her extensive knowledge on company operations and her passion into microbiome-related technology, Cristiana took on the challenge to turn SynBalance from a product line into an independent company.
