Stav is a PhD student at Prof. Yoav D. Livney's lab of Biopolymers for Food & Health, at the Biotechnology & Food Engineering Department, Technion. Her research focuses on the development of novel next-generation prebiotics: protein-containing-prebiotics, for selectively-targeted delivery of protein to colonic probiotics. Stav completed her MSc (Summa Cum Laude) in Biotechnology & Food Science, at the Technion, under the supervision of Prof. Yoav D. Livney. She received her BSc (summa cum laude) in Food Science & Technology.
