Accommodation
The IPA World Congress + Probiota will take place at the Bella Center, Copenhagen. AC Hotel Bella Sky Copenhagen is attached to the Bella Center and is offering Probiota delegates a 20% discount on the accommodation rate at the time of booking. If you do not wish to stay at the AC Hotel Bella Sky, there is a selection of hotels close to the Bella Center and to secure the best rate we advise you to book your hotel accommodation as soon as possible either via the hotel links HERE or through a third party booking agent such as booking.com.
When arranging travel for the IPA World Congress + Probiota, please note that for 2025 there are new timings for day one. Day one, Wednesday 5th February will start with registration at 8.30am and the content starting at 9.30am.
Delivery information
If you are sending items to the hotel for your stand or delegate bag they may be delivered to the venue two working days prior to the event start date. All boxes/materials being sent to the venue must be labelled as below. Please note that if you are sending items for the delegate bag, please ensure that you mark on that particular box ‘DELEGATE INSERT’ so we can have access to the box prior to the event starting. If you are sending more than one box/item it is helpful to mark this, for example if sending 3 boxes put on the relevant box 1 of 3 boxes, 2 of 3 boxes, etc. To assist you can also find links to print of address labels:

Dress code
Dress code throughout Probiota is business attire, other than the Probiota Social Evening on day two which is smart casual.
Event app
We have listened to previous event feedback from partners and delegates, and to improve engagement and provide an interactive experience, we are introducing an Event App for Probiota. What does this mean for you as a diamond partner?
- You will have a branded hub on the app with additional branding and information as well as a chat function for delegates to contact you
- You will be able to arrange 10 minute meetings through the app at your stand during networking times
- You will have access to a live delegate list and be able to connect direct (please note some delegates may opt out of using the app)
- Increased brand visibility - your logo displayed on the home page, partner hub, and relevant agenda items
More information will be sent to you closer to the event, in the meantime please ensure you complete the forms under Onsite Branding tab to ensure your branded hub on the app can be completed.
After the event
You can arrange for items (unused literature, etc.) to be picked up by courier (at your own expense) late afternoon on Friday 7th February. Please ensure they are packed and labelled clearly ready for collection. Please note that any items left for collection after the event are your responsibility and are returned at your own cost. Any items not collected by midday on Saturday 8th February will be disposed of by the venue.
