You have the opportunity to maximise your branding onsite at the event. Firstly we require your company logo and bio so we can include this in any pre-event promotion along with the material for your profile on the event app.
Company logo and bio
Your logo and company description will be listed on our website as well as in the onsite programme. Please note, no changes can be made after the 3rd January as onsite event material will have started to be produced.
Company logo and bio - Please upload your logo in a .jpg and .eps/ai format, which is required for printed material. Please also include your company bio in a maximum of 175 words, your website URL and social media handles.

Your branded hub on the Event App
We will send you all the information you need to know about how to use the app as a partner shortly, but to build your hub we do need you to provide some information and material. Please upload the information outlined in the form below.
Onsite you have the opportunity for the following:
Delegate bag
Including an item in a delegate bag as a partner offers numerous advantages, it ensures direct and repeated exposure to your brand and creates a tangible connection. We recommend useful or unique items as they make your brand memorable, as it helps your brand stand out and builds positive associations among delegates. If you would like to supply an item in the delegate bag, please email
Lauren.Wickens@wrbm.com
with the details by
Wednesday 8th January 2025
We suggest a quantity of 600 items (we will advise ASAP if this changes). The items will need to be delivered to the venue no later than midday on
Monday 3rd February
to enable the delegate bags to be packed in time for the event. Please ensure you mark your boxes ‘Delegate Insert’ on the box label as there will be many deliveries and we will need to access these specific boxes ASAP. Delivery address labels to attached to your boxes can be downloaded below.

Product placement / sampling
You have the opportunity to have product placement/samples on your stand. If you are interested in having product placement in any other areas of the summit, please contact Fiona.Forbes@wrbm.com to discuss. Please note if you require storage, refrigeration or any other requirements, we will need to confirm this with the venue.
Activity on your stand
Activities on your stand are a good way to bring delegates over so you can engage with them one to one, this could be in the form of a competition, a physical activity they take part in, sampling, etc. If related to wellness it can be included in the Wellness Programme and can be advertised in the onsite programme and live from the stage. If you would like to discuss ideas and options, please contact
