Your presentation - Please email your presentation to Charlotte.Jefford@wrbm.com , if your presentation is too large to send via email, please send it via WeTransfer.com, you are free to use your own branding on your slides. Please submit the presentation in a PowerPoint format using a wide screen format (16.9) for your slides. Here are some tips to consider when composing your slides:

  • Keep it simple. Only include the important points in your slides. You can then elaborate further when you present.
  • Limit each slide to include 3 – 6 points only. Try not to overcrowd a single slide with too many points.
  • Keep the text readable. This relates to the font face, font size and colour of your text. We recommend a font size no smaller than 28 points.
  • Include visuals such as graphs, images and illustrations to support your points and stimulate the audience.
  • Keep the conversation going! Include your email and/or social media handles on your final slide so that the audience can contact you (optional).
  • Want to include a video? Please supply this to us separately in an MP4 format. We recommend videos last no longer than one minute.

ROUNDTABLE HOST

The roundtable discussions are a ‘working lunch’ for delegates on day two. Each table of 10 people will be hosted by an expert from the industry on a specific topic. Delegates are free to join the table whose topic interests them, but once the table is full, it is full! You are invited to host and propose the topic for your table. Please note if it is too similar to any that are already confirmed, we will ask you for a new topic as we like to give attendees a variety of topics to choose from. This is done on a first come, first served basis. We will provide a full brief with tips on how to successfully host a roundtable nearer the event.

Please complete this form with your roundtable title and a short description (max 100 words). Name and job title of host (please note, the roundtable host should also be one of the people attending in your delegate places, or anyone else registered as a delegate).

Please note, your roundtable synopsis should clearly explain to delegates what they will learn during your discussion to encourage them to join you for lunch. A recommended format for your synopsis could be:

  • During the roundtable we will discuss…
  • Join our table to learn about…
  • This discussion will cover…
